KWN YEAR 2007-8
In 2008 Testbourne Community School in Hampshire won the European KWN award for Best Video. They were invited to attend the Global Awards Ceremony in Japan to compete for the top international prizes. They then went on to win the Sound Award for very professional video 'Won't Listen, Can't Hear', about the effects of loud music and noise on hearing.

In 2007 Culcheth High School from Warrington won the UK and European Grand Prix for ‘Bin It - Don't Stick It’, a report on the sticky problem of chewing gum on the streets of Manchester.

Eaton Bank School in Cheshire represented Europe in New York in 2006, where they won the International Grand Prix with their inspirational film, 'The Right to Write' about a Congleton woman who raised funds to build 12 schools in Gambia.
